The reason why brevity in business communication is best 

The longer any business communication is, the greater the chance of miscommunication that can happen to you (Tweet this). Let this be e-mail, operating manuals, specifications, especially any policies, or many other documents like it and the longer they are the greater the chance that folks will misunderstand what is to be conveyed.

Brevity is our friend. Just think of your favorite sayings for instance. Mine is Plato’s “Know thyself”. Sure, you have to make to effort to think and ponder a little what these two words mean to you. What will not be brief are should be our answers and thoughts of the matter.
